I'm putting on the gauntlet and sword from Sonic and the black knight on brawl sonic (the sonic and the black knight model looks ugly compared to the brawl model.) I did that, and exported it into brawl box within 10 mins (3ds max crashed right after and it didn't save. >.<), and 3ds max messed up his eye material (It screwed up the texture mapping, but I know how to fix this), So get 3ds max going again and when I try to import the new sonic.dae file into 3ds max, a lot of the skin modifiers get deleted (His mouth and expressions), and I re-rig them and fix the texture, but when I try to export it back to brawl box I get an error. (It does this to any other .dae model that has been imported in 3ds max since this error aw well.)
Any Idea on what to do?

Depends on the error. Some erros can be ignored without problems. When a DAE enters 3DS Max the single bind objects lose their skin modyfier since they do not need it (they become children of the bones, i believe). Just rerigg the single binds and it should export fine. About textures screwing up... thats weird. Try ignoring that and see if they work on brawlbox (It happens because the eyes use more than one texture, I believe)
