So I'm putting in CSPs over the original ones and I've come across an interesting issue and I'd like to know if anyone else has encounter the same issue and maybe even how to alleviate it.
When adding the new images, I ended up making my sc_selcharacter.pac larger than the maximum file size, causing it to crash. I've spent the better part of a day trying to fix it and I'm still a few hundred KB over the target size... then I tried something else to see if I was crazy or not.
I went into an unedited version of the .pac and exported an original image (using sonic's base image as an example). It was 9.91KB originally. The CSP I replaced it with was 6.65KB, but when I put it in, the .pac's file size jumped up considerably despite the fact the image was lower quality and smaller. Can anyone explain why this is happening and what I need to do to fix it?

Thanks. That seems to have fixed the issue I was having... but why does 6.5 do that?

I'm not even sure why. Anything past .63d will do weird things to the sc_selcharacter.pac...

its cause the other Brawlbox's doesnt work with 2D models, thus making them not work. however, the next BB WILL work with 2D Models
