Same as the Marina move set, I wanted to see what people here would think of this... I feel this one is a bit more fleshed out, since she has damage ideas even... Some moves can of course be change, be it for making her play better, or making her more possible.
Okay, me and my friend MarioKing64DS discussed about these ideas... The damage is a rough idea, but all the moves are planned out, and some animation ideas too... Okay, here it goes.

###Basic animations###
Idle animation: Just standing there... With a condescending air about her.
Idle animation 2: Puts a hand to her face, much like Zelda's wait3, but doesn't turn to the side, very much like at 0:40 in the video.

Walk: Floating forward... Not much to really say about this.
Run: Floats faster... Again, not much to say here.
Up taunt: Something like this.

At 1:39... And no, she would NOT get her stats boosted in Brawl.
Side taunt: She reaches out her right arm, and does a "come here" gesture.
Down taunt: Spins around with darkness surrounding herself while floating.
###Jab###
Much like Zelda's, except with dark energy, more knock back, and one hit, does 5% and nice knock back, or 7% damage and more knock back if you hit with the sweet spot on the palm of her hand, this can not kill (Unless it's used on a Ganon trying to recover... But what move doesn't?) And should have a set knock back.
###Dash attack###
A multi hitting spin attack, the first hits are 6 slashing attacks that do 1% damage each, the last hit is darkness based hit that does 3% damage, this wouldn't be a kill move... But I guess at a high percent, it could, like 150% or more.
###Tilts###
Forward tilt: A horizontal quick dark orb with LONG range, I'd say about two characters length, however, what would balance this is, the hit box would be small enough to dodge roll through for anyone... So, if your foe is any bit too close, it will miss, this is why she has neutral A, to get foes back into range of this move, it along with her other tilts would be her damage dealers, this can not kill, and should do... Maybe 7% damage, it's end lag should be average... Her animation would be guiding the orb with her right arm.
Up tilt: An upward version of her forward tilt, launches foe upward, this orb would move counter clockwise, and end at the top of her, like the forward tilt, it misses if the foe is too close, or of course too far, the animation would be identical to the forward tilt as well, but she would move a bit to face the camera, and guide the orb upward.
Down tilt: Like the forward tilt, except it's lower, and trips the foe sometimes, the animation would be well... You know, but she would be crouching of course.
###Smash attacks###
Forward smash: A shadowy hand appears, raises up, and slams down, has Donkey Kong's forward smash range, slow but powerful, doesn't have much end lag though, does 18% damage.
It would look like this, only the hand would be right in front of her.

Up smash: A shadowy hand appears, and smacks the foe upward, this is her fastest smash, but doesn't have much kill power, or as much range as her other smashes, this does 14% damage.
Down smash: A shadowy hand appears, and smashes the ground in front, and behind her, this one has the most start up, and end lag of her three smashes, but has the most range, and kill power, this does 21% damage.
###Aerials###
Neutral air: Looks kinda like Zelda's, except with dark energy in her hands, and only hits once, quick start up, good kill power, but quite a bit of end lag, this does 13% damage.
Forward air: Swiping her hand upward with dark power, not as powerful as neutral air, but has less end lag does 11%.
Back air: Turns around, and claws the foe with dark energy, turns her around like Marth's back air, this is not meant to be a killing move, but rather a set up move, it's also very quick, her fastest aerial, does 9%.
Up air: Kinda like Zelda's, but a dark explosion... I'd say it would work about the same as Zelda's too.
Down air: A swipe of her hand downward, and spikes the foe, this has a lot of start up lag, the most out of all her aerials, maybe a bit more then her smashes, but doesn't have much end lag, does 15%.
###Specials###
B: A lighting attack, hold no buttons for short range, hold R for long range, doesn't have long range in the air, she has her smash eyes during this move, I know the smash eyes are possible, because an old build of the Mewtwo PSA used this coding... Does 7% damage.
This is based on this, at 0:12 in the video, and she uses this on Mario at 1:17.

Side B: Dark orb, moves slow, but hits hard, controls a bit like the Sephiroth PSA's side B, however it moves a lot slower, but has great kill power, however has quite a bit of cool down time, should do about 16% damage...
Down B: A death kiss counter move, heals herself 10%, and hurts the foe for the same amount she heals, doesn't work in the air... If this move is not possible... Well, whatever works is fine with me.
This is based on the fact she can use her shadowy hands in the second phase of the fight to drain life out of you... And... The crowd watching the battle...
Up B: A dark teleport, damages the foe 12% at the end of the move if she reappears on them.
###Grabs###
Grab: A dark hand grabs the foe by the leg, she pummels with magic, this would be a slow pummel that does 3% damage.
Forward throw: The hand lets go of the foe, and Shadow Queen moves her arm forward with her palm open, and sends the foe flying, this would be basically her version of Peach's forward throw, it would work quite a bit like it, does about... 6% damage.
Up throw: The hand throws the foe upward, then she hits them with dark magic, I'd say this would be a air set up throw, does 5% damage.
Down throw: The hand drags the foe down in to the ground, then beats them up, then throws them out, this would be the most damaging throw she has, but it wouldn't be able to set up anything, does 10% damage.

Final Smash (maybe?): True Form... As to what this does... I'm not fully sure... This would require somehow replacing Toad with LenSho's True Shadow Queen model, and using this animation by Razanak7.

The effect... Well... Whatever is possible... In fantasy land, I would say fully controlling her on the stage, and summoning hands to cause destruction... But I know this is impossible... Though I wonder if something like at 0:32 could be done...?

Any attack involving shadowy hands... Might be doable if you replace Toad's model in the motionect file, with LenSho's True Shadow Queen, and make new animations for them... Make her body and head 0.005 in scale, and stretch the hands as needed... I think this might work.
